Installation
Four Steps, No Special Tools
A plug-and-play design on the standard bases — every fitment drops straight into the original bulb position with no changes to the vehicle wiring.
Open the rear cap
Switch the lights off, disconnect the negative terminal, then unscrew the black cap behind the headlamp.
Remove the old bulb
Release the retaining clip and draw the halogen bulb out gently, without touching the glass.
Fit the Usa Volt bulb
Seat the bulb with the LED dies perfectly horizontal — left and right — to set a correct cut-off.
Connect and test
Push the connector into the vehicle socket, refit the cap, then test both high and low beam.

Most likely yes. Usa Volt is made in every standard fitment: H1, H3, H4, H7, H8, H9, H11, H13, 880, 5202, 9004, 9005, 9006, 9007 and 9012, plus D1, D2, D3 and D4 HID xenon capsules. Read the number printed on the base of your current bulb or check the owner's manual, then look it up in the Fitments section above.
No. The design is plug-and-play and uses the vehicle's original bulb connector. The old bulb comes out, the new one goes in its place — no cutting, no added modules.
Heat is handled by a flexible copper braid that carries it away from the chip, plus aluminium fins that spread it. There is no fan — so no noise and no moving part to fail. Just leave enough clearance behind the headlamp for the heat to escape.
Because the reflector is designed to collect light leaving a specific plane. With the dies horizontal you get a clean cut-off and full throw; tilted, the light scatters upward and dazzles oncoming traffic.
